Cost
Activities in West Kowloon are reasonably priced, though I wouldn’t call it the cheapest option. In addition to M+ and the Hong Kong Palace Museum, there are several food stalls for dining, but their prices are well above the average price range.
Accessibility
West Kowloon is nestled in the corner of Kowloon, and as a result the journey can vary depending on your starting point. There are multiple ways to reach West Kowloon, but in my experience, taking the bus is the most convenient option, as it can take you directly into the heart of the district. The subway is also viable, but keep in mind that the station is quite a distance from the main attractions. If you choose to walk from the subway, it typically takes about 15 to 20 minutes to reach West Kowloon.
Uniqueness
One of the standout features of West Kowloon is its escape from the concrete jungle of Hong Kong. With its spacious, modern design, it offers a distinctly different vibe compared to other attractions in the city. This unique atmosphere sets it apart in a positive way, making it a delightful contrast to the bustling urban environment.
